America Free-Falling into Tyranny!

The solution is the Convention of States.

What is that?

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, without any authority, granted him by his position, has now dictated that all branches of the military must comply with Critical Theory. The same critical theory was espoused by Karl Marx and Georg Hegel as part of the Marxist revolution. Was this chairman fired or imprisoned? Not even a frown from our federal government. Would “we the people,” who are supposed to be in control of the government, had let this slide?

Convention of States (COS) is an integral part of Article V of the Constitution. It is that portion the Founders created to keep a rein on the federal government; a government supposedly run by “we the people.” It is this portion of Article V that gives us the tools to stop the egregious actions of elected and unelected government workers.

We are bombarded every day by the administration’s efforts to sell us on why a $3+ trillion-dollar “infrastructure” bill should be passed. We are learning that more than half of the bill is destined for agencies having nothing at all to do with the infrastructure of America. Such as Planned Parenthood, the Metropolitan Opera and to provide gender studies programs to women in Afghanistan. There are currently no checks and balances on the administration’s illogical decisions, other than asking Congress to rubber-stamp the next boondoggle. The party in office has control of Congress, therefore, they have a blank check with which to pay back their donors and fund their whims.

Our current debt is well over $100 trillion when you factor in unfunded liabilities, and it is climbing. If the government taxed at 100% and seized everything, they still could not pay our debt. COS is focusing its attention and resources to create an amendment to the Constitution placing actionable controls on debt management.

Regulatory overreach forces businesses to pay extortion fees in the way they must operate their businesses to satisfy the bogus demands of the government. They will be penalized to the point of destroying their business if they do not acquiesce to the dictates of some new czar appointed by the administration. This czar, wanting to feel important and powerful, may insist that all companies fire those employees not willing to inject untested fluids into their bodies, for the greater good of all. Not only are these dictates punitive to businesses, the annual cost of compliance is greater than $25 trillion which is more than all income and corporate taxes combined, but this lost capital has reduced our economic growth by 25%. Just ask your local restaurant that went out of business due to the COVID mandate, or the landlord who had to sell his investment because he couldn’t evict people who could not pay, how the federal government programs have worked.

Alarmingly, the current Governor of Pennsylvania has stated he wants legislation passed stating specifically that if you want to have sex, both you and your partner must say yes to each other out loud. To prove it, you must video your actions and send the video to him! (You just can’t make this stuff up) As you can imagine, COS lists power-grabbing over-regulation as a target-rich area to focus on. Another example comes from our Attorney General, Merrick Garland. He has instructed the Department of Justice to look into parents who complain about schools teaching critical race theory. It seems his son-in-law’s company, Panorama Education sells data and materials supporting the teaching of critical race theory. COS works toward amendments addressing these issues. For years, Congress has been using federal grants to keep states under its control. Recently, we’ve seen the most obvious evidence of this in hospitals reporting COVID deaths. It came to everyone’s attention that hospitals were being “gifted” more money from the Federal government if the deaths being reported supported the government’s focus on COVID. Or, how about our schools being supported via Critical Race Theory programs funded by these grants? This sleight-of-hand deception by Congress facilitates keeping state agencies as regional offices of the Federal government. Instead of acting as the truly independent republican governments they were designed to be, these agencies administer federal programs instead to ensure the flow of money into the state. A radical social agenda and an invasion of the rights of the people accompany all of this. COS knows the usurping of the state republican government by the federal government defies some of the most important founding principles of federalism and self-governance.

The federal takeover of the decision-making process has, like cancer, eaten away at the Founders’ creation. They believed that the structures of a limited federal government would provide the greatest protection of liberty. There were to be checks and balances between branches of the government and power was to be specifically defined between the states and the federal government. We know this is not to be the case. Take, for example, the questions of integrity asked during the previous election. The federal government has interjected itself into the decision-making process the states have legislated, to impose their control. Or consider, mandating mask-wearing even though states have developed their own customized rules based upon the needs of their state. Nowhere does the Constitution give them authority. Who decides what the law will be is even more important than what the law is.

COS’s mission is to return government to the people. They are in support of term limits as a major feature constraining “career” politicians, e.g., Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, etc. They are actively working in all states that have yet to file an “application” within the legislature calling a Convention of States, according to Article V of the United States Constitution. Go to www.conventionofstates.com and learn of the power available to “we the people!”
